If you should wish to adjust the length of a billing cycle for a service that you have purchased from us it’s very easy! Simply open up a support ticket with our hosting department stating the desired alteration to your billing cycle and we will take care of the rest…….
Please be aware that any alteration you make to a billing cycle will generate a new invoice relating to the change in your service, this initial invoice will be for any costs accrued in the period between the start of a new payment cycle and the change made to your billing cycle. All invoices after this will relate to the new billing cycle you have set up and will include only the usual costs for the website.
