As your website grows you may need to upgrade your package with us here at Peters Web. Fortunately we have made this as easy as possible…. just follow the steps below!
If you would like to downgrade your service(s) with us please open up a support ticket with our hosting department and we will endeavour to help you as soon as possible.
In the case that the package you would like to upgrade to is not available in the package selector drop-down menu, please submit a support ticket with your upgrade request. A member of staff will be in contact to arrange what type of upgrade package you originally wanted.(No refunds will be granted on downgrades however we will credit your account so the outstanding amount will be taken off your next bill/invoice.)If you should have any issues or have any questions regarding this topic please contact us via a support ticket (open a ticket) with our hosting department and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
