As your website grows you may need to upgrade your package with us here at Peters Web. Fortunately, we have made this as easy as possible…. just follow the steps below!
- Login to our client area at client.petersweb.me.uk/
- Click on Services at the top of the page, and then select My Services
- Click on View Details next to the service you want to upgrade to
- Click on Management Actions and then select Upgrade/Downgrade Service
- Select the package you want to upgrade to
- Press the submit button
Once you have submitted the form an invoice will be generated based on the service which you have purchased, this invoice amount will show as the difference between your current service and the new service which you have upgraded to. We will upgrade your service as soon as we receive payment for this invoice.
When upgrading your service we arrive at the new service cost using the following calculation:-
- Old Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Credited - New Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Debited - Total Payable Today = Amount Debited – Amount Credited
If you would like to downgrade your service(s) with us please open up a support ticket with our hosting department and we will endeavour to help you as soon as possible.
In the case that the package you would like to upgrade to is not available in the package selector drop-down menu, please submit a support ticket with your upgrade request. A member of staff will be in contact to arrange what type of upgrade package you originally wanted.
(No refunds will be granted on downgrades however we will credit your account so the outstanding amount will be taken off your next bill/invoice.)
